Valor Home Training is here for those who are constantly racing the clock. Going between work, school, kids and the home, we understand that it can be tough to get to the HoV. Or to any gym for that matter. What we dont want to see happen is all of your hard work go to shambles. Or to even see you struggle to get started because of your busy lives. Signing up for home trianing will allow you the flexibilty to get after it right at home or at the office. 

With Valor Training you'll receive 3 demonstrated workouts a week, along with access to our HoV LIVE streams. You'll also receive nutrition tips and recipes and get some surprises from some special guest trainers. All you have to do is the work! Not only that, but you'll also get access to some of the playlists from the HoV to get you through! We're just trying to eliminate all the excuses for you! So with that said...LET'S GET IT!!
